The KeyToCardCommand allows the transfer of subkeys to a smartcard
similar to gnupg's edit-key -> keytocard

Sadly this also requires an unrelease GPGME to work properly.
Removing the secret key after transfering it to the smartcard
is still TODO because it's very magical how GnuPG does this.
