This adds an implementation based on an atos/cardos 5.3 card
with applications from R&S. PKCS#15 cards might still
behave differently.
For now this is read only, just showing some status of the
card to show in the GUI that GnuPG can work with the card
and if we have an OpenPGP certificate for it.

This is a Standard C++ Library file. You should #include this file
in your programs, rather than any of the *.h implementation files.

The default section resize mode of QHeaderView is Interactive and the
mode is never changed.

The breeze icon theme doesn't have a secure-card icon. Therefore, we
use the auth-sim-locked icon for smartcard management and as attention
icon of the system tray icon until a secure-card icon exists.

As the main config dialog title is for Font and Colors
it makes more sense to me to move the category appearence
setting to the front.

This avoids seeing only the single tags checkbox and otherwise
an empty tab when a user selects to configure appearence.

This option duplicated the "Never consult a CRL" option and was ignored.

The config group containing the log-file and debug-level entries was
renamed from "Debug" to "Monitor". Add a copy of the compatibility
helper since KWatchGnuPG does not link against libkleopatra.

The key filter is superfluous since we restrict the available keys
already by setting suitable options.
Moreover, the key filter could be changed by the user overriding the
restrictions and allowing the selection of incompatible keys.
