This might lead to unexpected problems during testing
when users delete keys plug out / plug in smartcards etc.
An ldap query for a fingerprint is reasonable to do because
setCard is rarely called and should only be called when a new
card is detected.

They now only show the fingerprint and no longer the
keyref and can be used to copy out the fingerprint.

We do not want to use existing only for files where we encrypt
to, this should be save as and not open as.

  serial number, if MANUFACTURER isn't included in card info

  setCardInfo() in all subclasses into the base class.
* Add virtual processCardInfo() to allow subclasses to further process
  card info after it has been parsed.

A key cannot be certified with itself. Selecting the key to certify as
certification key is treated as invalid selection. So do not offer
the key to certify as certification key in the first place.
