The show always/show only when there are unread emails behaviour is
nowadays handled by the systray (user can choose whether to show the
tray icon always or only when active), so there is no reason to have
this settings.

This leaves the systray configuration tab with only "Enable systray"
checkbox, but we'll shuffle that around later.
