Factored out side pane interface in abstract base class and added
IconSidePane class as second implementation in addition to SidePane.

The GUI for switching between the two side pane types is still missing.
Currently it's only possible to switch by editing the config file.

Added singleton preferences class Prefs inheriting from KPrefs.
