KOrganizer's user interface uses both "tag" and "category" as terms for
the same concept.  KMail uses "tag".  KAddressbook uses "tag", and uses
"category" to mean "tag or group".  Switch KOrganizer to "tag", for
consistency among Akonadi applications.

The handbook and settings dialog refer to the 'standard calendar'.
It is not clear which calendar that is.  The rest of the UI calls
that calendar the 'default' calendar.

note that we've only supported this in the agenda and month views.
it is currently not available in other views, like timeline or whatsnext.
open new wishes if you need those views supported.

also note that you need to restart Kontact/KOrganizer to see the change;
which is yet-another-bug. (in agendaview, moving the range also works)

Leaving aside the fact that vCalendar is the 20+ year old obsolete
predecessor of iCal, the main reason for this is that a QTimeZone
based KCalCore wont be able to serialize vCalendar "timezones" anymore.
Import of legacy files is not affected.

As agreed during the PIM sprint in Toulouse last weekend. It generates
HTML3-style output, doesn't handle recurring events in different timezones
correctly and addresses a use-case that has been better solved by the
meanwhile invented groupware servers.

  the community + it works for any application based on Akonadi).
