Plugin config UI: show configure buttons as part of list entry
A last minute UI change (string freeze is on Thursday) which has bugged me all the time when working on decorations...
Having the "Configure" button as part of the list entries creates consistency with other (PIM) UIs. Also was the button appearing/disappearing as currently rather surprising.
