PIMCOMMON_LIB_VERSION isn't used anywhere and pimcommon isn't even
an actual dependency of libkleo.

The headers that started with qgpgme are now no longer
installed and treated as private headers by qpgme.

Libkleo is now a GUI and Utility Library for QGpgME.
This depends on the branch gpgmepp in gpgme proper where
most of the backend code has been moved into.

Among other things this fixes crash in KMail when switching to the
Cryptograpy tab in Identity dialog.
