Follow-up from "Improve design of filter rule dialog"

    I feel this setting window needs some modernization. Here are my suggestions:

    The filter list needs to use our inline edit buttons. I would remove all the buttons at the bottom of the filter list. Also, some of the advanced labels received editing and separation. I also suggest using comboboxes rather than a mix of checkboxes and radiobuttons.
