Added Holiday feature in Calendar

@carlschwan @aakarshmj and all admins.

This is just like draft.

Implemented the holiday feature in Merkuro Calendar's month view. Created a new holiday model for future enhancements, like hiding holidays via settings, rather than integrating it into the existing model.
