Create category on Bugzilla

Would it be alright to create a bugzilla category for this project, and use that for user reported issues? There are a lot of barriers to using GitLab for issues right now for endusers, since they are confronted with many warnings and require creating KDE Identity accounts.

Who should I put for the default assignee?
