Avoid unneeded copies by using const references and `std::move` where
possible.
+ Changes suggested by clang-tidy

When adding a new location, show the location's state alongside the
city / country if the location is in the U.S.

In case of conflict in i18n, keep the version of the branch "ours"
To resolve a particular conflict, "git checkout --ours path/to/file.desktop"

The daily temperature graph and the hourly info now displays the
correct values when the temperature setting is not Celsius.
+ Add new function Kweather::convertTemp to convert double values in
  Celsius to the desired temperature.

Also, remove the dependency on KNotification, that seems only be needed
for its transitive QtWidget dependency atm.

Android doesn't like .license files in that location

The license comment needs to be after the XML header

and other config related bug fixes
