Improve search on Add Locations page

Bharadwaj Raju requested to merge work/bharadwaj/addlocations-better-search into master
  • Add keyboard navigation to/from search results list with arrow keys
  • Allow selecting locations with Enter
  • When focus is lost, don't refresh results unless query really changed
  • Focus search field when Add Locations page is loaded
