Visual voicemail support

Some mobile carriers have support for visual voicemail (sometimes for an extra fee). It would be nice if it was possible to check visual voicemail from Plasma Mobile.

The visual voicemail protocol is standardized, and based on IMAP -- voice messages are treated like emails with the message as an attachment in the protocol.
