Switch to ModemManager

High-level issue: teams/plasma-mobile/issues#62 (closed)

The task depends on splitting the GUI and the daemon: !36 (closed). Probably going to close the previous MR to create a new MR after porting Telepathy, telepathy-ofono, and Qt Ofono wrapper usage to ModemManager logic.
