The Kirigami OverlaySheet apparently closes now if the header receives touch input, which made it impossible to search

 * Redesign accounts kcm

 * Use SimpleKCM and ScrollableKCM for all kcms

Temporary just use QtQuickControls 1 here again

- lighter layout of time and date picker
- reorder and add headers

We must not change the setting in onChecked since this is triggered when
enabling / disabling the button when the model changes first. Only do
this on user interaction.

I can enable and disable NTP now, and the initial setting is correct

This should fix the clock and enabling / disabling NTP.

Clean up the KAuth stuff, refactor here and there to make the code
tighter

Code to set up timedated is taken from clock KCM, David Edmundson wrote
it, so add him to the copyright holders. It all mostly works, even.

There's a good amount of layout cleanup in as well.

- ntp server list won't be used anymore, timedated doesn't support
  picking a server
- useNtp is now a bool setting
- layout improvements: scrollview will move up into the settings app

and cleaning up a whole bunch of cruft accumulated during porting.

This means moving some stuff from MobileComponents into this module as
well, but they're not used outside of this module anyway, since they're
actually using timesettings internals. Less exported API.

This is expected to be done by the hosting application.

This makes for a saner layout, with a lot less anchoring problems.

SelectionDialog.filterField has been removed from the public API. We'll
need to find a solution for this. For now, disable it as to make the UI
show up.

Do not add them to org.kde.active.settings, since that seems to be
protected in QtQuick2.

This makes these types work, with adjusted imports.
