Use Bugzilla

We are starting to get bug reports on Bugzilla to the generic 'kde' component (e.g. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460996) because people follow the instructions at the top of this page and use Bugzilla, but then they can't find the app there. It's not an ideal situation.

I can create you a Bugzilla component. Who should the default assignee be? It can be a person or a mailing list. And would anyone else like to be CCd by default on bug reports?
