Deleting a message sometimes causes other messages to also be deleted

Sent messages currently get a database Id based off of ModemManager (i.e., "org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/SMS/6"). This becomes an issue after rebooting when the numbering sequence begins again at "1". You end up with duplicate database Ids for some sent messages. Deleting a message is based off of the database Id.
