JSON loading plugins only works for KDED.

Now we're preparing the system to have a "non-hidden" root shared
folder, which means that the user will have easy access to the
content and because of this files can be shared bypassing bluedevil
which is actually fine, but in our system we've to show only the
files shared specifically from bluedevil.

The solution of showing only symlinks is not perfect, yet it is
enough since we don't really want to have to track the shared
files, save them in a file etc.

- Less visible GUI overkill. Trusted, blocked, and alias modification are
  properly behind a details window.
- Now it is possible to block devices.

Following:
- Make the KCM a single one, tabifying them.
- Allow to connect to device services from the KCM.

Start to use GlobalSettings instead of check if the kded is running or not. Also start to use KConfigXT+Qt meta-object system instead of update the
status of the KCM manually

Move the "filereceiver" configuration to a FileReceiverSettings class, and move all to a settings directory so the settings can be shared easily

Configure the receive patch is full working now, also the interface is now using a designer file instead.
