to ensure reuse compliance moving forward

GPL2+ with font exception. the pf2 files are derived from ubuntu's
unifont through the mkfont.sh script

- all fonts changed to unifont
- terminal font no longer overridden
- shortcuts are now a vbox
- color profile changed to b/w
- highlight is now boldified rather than backgrounded

this currently isn't compatible with heights < 768 due to bad maths on
my part (actually just need to recalculate good base heights to make sure
the shortcuts vbox reduces the overall height of the menu itself

terminal-color and terminal-bg-color theme options don't exist
in GRUB2 which prevents the theme from being loaded.
