kstyle/breezestyle.cpp: menu bar colors from header

All "twilight" color themes are unusable. "twilight" themes are light themes with dark background colors in [Colors:Header] section: Qogir.colors.

Why do we have the problem? Menu bar foreground colors are taken not from [Colors:Header] section but from [Colors:Window] section.

Now menu bar gets correct colors from current color scheme from [Colors:Header] section of *.colors file.
