Redefine "Popularity" to mean "number of reviews"

This produces much better results in browse lists, presenting popular apps the user is likely to actually be looking for when browsing, rather than tiny apps with good reviews.

The existing sorting method is preserved as a new "Ratings" option.

Finally, add a "See More" button now that it makes sense because it takes you to a list view that's an extension of the filtered view on the home page.
