Port to Kirigami.Badge

Let's use the common implementation from frameworks/kirigami!1847 (merged) now.

As a part of this, I used the semantically more appropriate types, because it just felt wrong using warning for everything.

Note: appearance is largely controlled by frameworks/kirigami!1847 (merged); if we don't like the way it looks, the place to change it is there, not here.
