Rename "CD and DVD" category to "Disc Burning", which is more accurate

I was weirded out by how few apps appeared in this category and went down a rabbit hole to find out why. Turns out it's because the actual FreeDesktop category backing it is "DiscBurning". [1]

But Discover was using "CD and DVD" for its user-friendly name, which creates the expectation that it should include all apps related to optical media — which it never will.

Rename the category to reflect the narrower scope of what's in it.
