flatpak: Report latest available version

Ismael Asensio requested to merge work/iasensio/sort-flatpak-releases into master

It is not guaranteed that the release list returned by AppStream will be ordered, so let's check for the latest one to avoid showing an older version number on the updates page.

It showed Version 4.7.1 -> 4.6.2 before the changes. Now I cannot reproduce the bug anymore even without this patch. Might it be a caching issue on the AppStream side?
