Improve UI layout and clarity of text, fix some layout bugs
Fixes a whole host of odd layouting and margins issues I spotted, as well as clearing up the meaning of some strings and fixing up their contents.
Also brings back the titlebar and ensures that it is visible on every page, thus making the UI more coherent.
