Summary:
This allows devs to run: "make clang-format" and format all files easily
using the preset KDE clang format style

This patch adds support so devs can easily test the intended formatting
now, it doesn't change the code yet.

Doing an initial run to commit everything will happen later.

Ran script
git diff was full of amazingly cleaned code

QT_MIN_VERSIONS is Qt 5.11 for Plasma 5.14. Agreed at kickoff meeting.  Set everywhere for clearity and consistency.

Get in sync with rest of Plasma, also use same var names

KActivities framework does not need i18n, so we can continue using
kactivities5 as the translation domain in the daemon.
