regression: theme doesn't apply to flatpak apps since Plasma 5.18.5
After Plasma got updated from 5.18.4 to 5.18.5 in Kubuntu 20.04, flatpak apps don't honor the host theme anymore. I also tested this under KDE Neon User edition.
