applets/dict: fix desktop widget at minimum sizes

Dictionary has a switchWidth of 10 gridUnits. It contains a search field with a minimum size of 12 gridUnits, and the same row also contains a settings button. This means that we explicitly tell the applet content to jut out of the applet at small but allowed widths). It will also jut out on the bottom as we also set the same minimumHeight on the webView.

Let's just increase the switchWidth to 15 gridUnits. That's enough to fit the content, and at 10 gridUnits the actual dictionary view would be pretty much useless anyway - there would be barely enough space for two words per row (especially as the definitions are indented). We could do the same for the minimumWidth, but we could also just remove the minimum height - if you make it much smaller, it'll switch to the compactRepresentation anyway.
