applets/dict: make it look more plasma-style

Dictionary's results view has a 90s brutalist html charm, but looks quite out of place in Plasma, in particular in dark mode.

Instead, let's use a style sheet that makes it integrate better with Plasma (fonts, colors and sizes), on a standard Plasma widget background, and with a Plasma scrollbar.

before after
dict_plasmastyle_light_before dict_plasmastyle_light_after
dict_plasmastyle_dark_before dict_plasmastyle_dark_after

Might be a bit much for 6.8? But the experience on dark themes is much better.
