applets/webbrowser: Port to KF6/Qt6

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/web-browser-kf6 into master
  • Use PlasmaExtra components instead of the deprecated PC2 ones
  • Port to the new Qt6 WebEngine API, everything works as expected - navigation, context menus, popup blocking etc.
