applets/userswitcher: allow user name to wrap on vertical panels

On vertical panels, horizontal space is limited, so not wrapping will make most user names overflow and break the layout.

Ok, so maybe wrapping is not a towering work of UI genius here, but it's better than letting the layout be obviously broken!
