applets/dict: use symbolic icon

Christoph Wolk requested to merge cwo/kdeplasma-addons:dict_icon into master

Dictionary uses a full-color icon, which makes it look somewhat ill- fitting with our other (mostly symbolic) panel plasmoid icons.

We have a symbolic version, so let's use it.
