Add lm_sensors KCM, add auto-refresh functionality to CommandOutputKCM

Adds functionality to CommandOutputKCM to automatically refresh the contents of the page, with a helpful message on the top of the KCM. Also adds a button to manually refresh contents for pages that do not use automatic refreshing.

Adds a KCM for lm_sensors, which makes use of this functionality.

Flicker-free and doesn't break the filter 😄
