Improve error messaging
Right now our error messaging isn't as normal-person-friendly as it could be:
- Large colorful icon is scary and more visually prominent than the action button, pulling the user's focus to the wrong place
- Technical error text is frontloaded rather than de-emphasized
- Use of jargon word "distribution"
This commit corrects those issues.
