about-distro: remove unnecessary spacers above sections

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kinfocenter:remove-unnecessary-spacers into master

We should rely on Kirigami.FormLayout's own spacing for this, rather than adding our own here. If it needs to be tweaked, it would be better to change it in the library component rather than client code.
