Start streaming session after connection

This is important for two reasons; we only want a prompt to appear on the host machine about streaming after authentication. Otherwise it can falsely look like a user is connected.

The session code is already hooked up to start streaming after the session has started if the video stream is still enabled.

This also allows a future patch to use the initial size for a virtual monitor from the connected user.
