kcm: improve and streamline header messages

Use stronger language for the info label, and hide it when the server is on; we can assume by this point that users know what the KCM does and what the users in the user list are for.

We can also omit "remote desktop" from the info label since it's obvious by context and other instances of this label that are already visible.
