VideoStream(Surface): Use stopStreaming instead of setActive(false)

A comment in pipewirebaseencodedstream.h indicates that setActive() will block.

Whether this applies to PipeWireSourceStream is non-obvious, but it appears to resolve an issue where, in progressive mode, closing the RDP session remotely results in the screencast failing to close and krdpserver blocking.
