Install .desktop file with PROGRAMS to ensure it ends up executable

If it's not executable, KGlobalAccel won't run it if it's unable to add executability at runtime — for example when using an immutable distro like KDE Linux.

This fixes the Meta+P shortcut not working on such distros.
