kcm: prevent closing confirmation dialog on random clicks
If you truly mess up your screen setup, the first thing a normal user does is randomly click around. This has a chance of clicking on the darkened area and auto-closing the dialog, accepting the bad settings and wrecking their setup.
Prohibit that; require an explicit interaction with the "Apply" button to apply the settings.
