Use requested maximize mode more in X11Window

Vlad Zahorodnii requested to merge work/zzag/x11-window-requested-maximize-mode into master

In practice, it doesn't matter that much because X11 window's requested and current maximize mode match all the time, but it's still a good idea for the consistency sake.
