Revert tiling changes

Vlad Zahorodnii requested to merge work/zzag/revert-tiling into master

Unfortunately, too many tiling things broke. Due to the scale of the fixes and lack of time to do proper testing, this change reverts per virtual desktop layouts for 6.3.
