autotests: Add laptop test cases in OutputChangesTest::testGenerateConfigs()

The scale factor is chosen based on the device type, however the test omits this part completely.

This change makes the test register a lid switch device in order to simulate generating an output config on a laptop device, e.g. a regular laptop or Steam Deck.
