scene/workspacescene: Allow only centered direct scanout candidates (!7119) · Merge requests · Plasma / KWin

Prevents direct scanout when surface is not center of the screen, so surfaces will not be automatically centered.

It also allows some video software to display their panels.

Tested with: firefox, mpv (including -vo dmabuf-wayland), proton games (including gamescope), QMPlay2
