Add support for tabletTool to screenedges

Niccolò Venerandi requested to merge work/niccolove/497585 into master

This allows to trigger screen edges with a drawing tablet. Since tabletTools cannot be pushed back (differently from cursors), we need to make sure that the tablet pointer leaves the edge before allowing for re- triggers.
