input: Add an option to sync tablet cursor position with the mouse
Currently, KWin tracks the stylus cursor and mouse cursor in two separate positions. While this is preferred by some users, it's apparent this is actually quite the opinionated option and is a blocker for some tablet-users moving to Wayland.
