plugins/bouncekeys: Let key repeat events through the filter
This merge request fixes a bug with Bounce Keys where holding down a key in certain apps (notably Brave) results in those keys being ignored.
Accidentally pressing a key twice within the user's set delay will still result in the second event getting dropped, but deliberately holding a letter down should cause normal key repeat.
