Support the latest changes from upstream TextInput 3.2

Some things don't have matches in input_method_v1.

Things done:

  • explicit panel showing/hiding
  • pre-edit styling for selections
  • double buffered surface rectangle
  • language forwarding

Things not done because we need an input method bump:

  • actions
  • using the newly provided style hints for anything productive
