xwayland: don't lock up if a setup script fails to launch

If the setup script is unable to launch at all, QProcess::finished never fires, so the guard is never dropped and real clients are never allowed to connect to XWayland. We need to also catch errorOccured, and we have no good way to recover, so just log the error and pray.
